HERE IS OUR RESIDENTIAL CLEANING CHECKLIST:

(MOVE OUT CLEANING, DEEP CLEANING, REGULAR CLEANING/VACATION RENTAL CLEANING).

Guidelines and Policies

1. Access to Your Home

  • Please ensure we have access at the scheduled time (key, door code, or someone present).

  • If we cannot access the property, the full service fee will be charged.

2. Move-Out Cleaning Requirements

  • All furniture and personal items must be removed prior to our arrival.

  • The service must be scheduled after any pest control treatments or construction/repairs have been completed.

  • We do not remove trash, haul furniture, or clean in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If we arrive and cannot access the property or the appointment is missed without notice, the full service fee will be charged.

5. Home Preparation

  • Please tidy up items such as toys, clothes, dishes, and personal belongings before we arrive.

  • This helps us clean efficiently and focus on the service.

6. Pets

  • We love animals, but for safety reasons, please secure pets during the cleaning.

  • We may skip areas where pets are uncontained or aggressive.

7. Communication

  • We send appointment reminders and updates via text or email.

  • Please ensure your contact info is current and notify us of any changes.

8. Walkthrough (Recommended)

  • A walkthrough before and/or after the cleaning helps us meet your expectations.

  • If you won’t be present, please provide detailed instructions in advance.

  • Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours for resolution.

9. Payment Policy

  • An invoice will be sent to your email after service.

  • Payment is accepted via Card or ACH transfer and is due by the following day.

  • Late payments may incur penalties.

10. Pricing & Labor Hours

  • Standard Cleaning: $60 per labor hour

  • Deep Cleaning / Move-Out Cleaning: $70 per labor hour

  • A labor hour = one cleaner working for one hour. Example: 2 cleaners x 2 hours = 4 labor hours.

11. Health & Safety

  • If you are experiencing a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment.

  • We value your health and that of our team.

12. Service Limitations. 

  • We do not perform extreme cleaning, such as:
    • Hoarding

    • Infestations

    • Hazardous waste

    • Biohazard cleanup
