How is the price set?
The starting price is $375. Your quote depends on square feet, bedrooms, bathrooms, service type, and condition. Jobs are not billed by the hour.
How long can it take?
A deep or move-out cleaning can take 5 to 20 hours. We may send one cleaner or a team. A team can finish the job much faster.
How should I prepare?
Put loose clutter in one place. Please wash or put away dishes before the cleaner arrives. This gives the cleaner more time for the agreed work.
Who brings the supplies?
Hawaii Natural Clean brings the cleaning supplies and equipment. We only use eco-friendly cleaning products.
Do I need to be home?
No. Cleaners often work faster when the home is empty. Leave parking notes, the door code, or the location of the key.
Can the price change?
Yes. The price may increase if the home needs more work than described when you received the quote. We will review the change with you.

Begin with a paid Complete Home Reset. Then move into recurring VIP Home Care to protect the result and lock your recurring visit price for 12 months.
After three months of active VIP service, choose one free Detail Upgrade with a $75 value, such as inside the fridge, inside the oven, or shower grout detailing. Once it is confirmed complete, the next target is three months later. Rotating these details helps your home stay out of deep-clean condition.
