We charge $70 per man hour for Move Out Cleaning, with a two-hour minimum.

Condition Adjustment (1–10 Cleanliness Scale)


Every home is unique, so we adjust your deep-cleaning estimate based on its current condition.
We rate cleanliness on a 1-to-10 scale, where 1 = Filthy and 10 = Pristine Clean.


  • Pristine Clean (9-10): No Extra Time
  • Lightly Dirty (7-8): Add 2 Hours ($140)
  • Moderately Dirty (5-6): Add 4 Hours ($280)
  • Dirty (3-4): Add 6 Hours ($420)
  • Filthy (1-2): Add 8 Hours ($560)

Our Move Out cleaning prices in Honolulu are based on the size of your home and the amount of time needed to complete the service. Larger homes take more time to clean and cost more than smaller homes.


Homes between 0 and 600 square feet usually take about 3 hours to deep clean and cost around $210.

Homes between 601 and 1,000 square feet usually take about 5 hours and cost around $350.

Homes between 1,001 and 1,500 square feet usually take about 7 hours and cost around $490.

Homes between 1,501 and 2,000 square feet usually take about 9 hours and cost around $630.

Homes between 2,001 and 2,500 square feet usually take about 11 hours and cost around $770.

Homes between 2,501 and 3,000 square feet usually take about 13 hours and cost around $910.

Homes between 3,001 and 3,500 square feet usually take about 15 hours and cost around $1,050.
